J.N. WILLIAMS MEMORIAL TRUST
The JN Williams Memorial Trust is a family trust that distributes loans and funding towards constituted charitable organisations. Grant applications generally will be for the benefit of a charitable purpose in the Gisborne/East Coast region. The Trust's purpose is to give a helping hand to charitable organisations who have a project or investment that requires financial support.
EASTLAND COMMUNITY TRUST
The mission of the ECT is to contribute towards increasing the quantity and quality of choices people and groups can make, to build meaningful and fulfilled lives. Our focus will be on fostering the Gisborne district's economic prosperity through acquiring, owning and prudently governing investments and utilising resources to support and encourage selected commercial and community initiatives.
GISBORNE DISTRICT COUNCIL
The GDC is Gisborne's District Council and runs some community funding schemes that fit different purposes.
New Zealand Community Trust
NZCT is New Zealand's largest gaming trust. They distribute the net proceeds from their gaming machines to charitable, cultural, educational or sporting purpose. They are proud to be the largest funder of amateur sports participation in New Zealand.
