BIKES IN SCHOOLS

The Bikes in Schools Tairawhiti Project had an objective to deliver significant cycling infrastructure (tracks, cycles, helmets, storage and cycle education) to schools to encourage and support more young people to cycle. It is the largest scale implementation of Bikes in Schools in New Zealand. Connext Trust was the initiator and implementer of the project in Tairawhiti.
